Happy Birthday!
My blog is one year old today. I still don't have anything to say to the world, but I'm rather enjoying my little interactive "journal." Sound and pictures make all the difference, I guess. Never could get much into keeping a journal without that dimension. I suppose it's fun, too, that other people can comment on my stuff. Of course, that means my deepest, darkest secrets don't make it onto these pages, unless someone thinks they can analyze that dream I had the other day and come up with something there.
Anyway, if you're coming along for my ride, enjoy. I intend to.
When our Supreme Court decided to totally dismiss the Constitution and say that it's okay for one private party to take another private party's property under emminent domain, I made a vow that
I would never again vote for a Republican or a Democrat until one of the parties returned us to Constitutional principles. I wrote everyone in government that I could find an email address for and
told them of my displeasure and my vow. (Obviously, people sat up and listened, NOT! LOL)
There's one potential bright spot on the horizon. I believe Ron Paul has the principled stand on the
Constitution that would tempt me to break my vow. Check him out if you're ready for a breath of fresh air.
